Due to our items being handmade, we dispatch orders within 5-7 working days.

Because of the intricate craftsmanship involved, dispatch takes approximately 10-12 days. This timeline allows us to perform multiple quality checks, making sure every outfit meets the standards of excellence BAICOZ is known for. SHIPPING INFORMATION

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £5.99

All UK standard delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail signed for service. It takes 2-5 working days from date of made.

EUROPE - £25.00

All European orders are sent with FED EX/DPD tracked and signed service. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days from date of made. (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm. 

WORLDWIDE - £35.00

All Worldwide orders are sent with FED EX/DPD tracked and signed service. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days from date of made (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm.

DUTIES & TAXES: ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

Please note we are a UK based company and we ship all orders from the UK.

If you are an international customer, your local government may impose import/vat duty charges for bringing in items from other countries. Any additional costs incurred are your responsibility and you may be asked to pay these to be able to receive your order. We recommend looking on your local government website to see if there is a guide on how much the charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Baicoz - If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Baicoz.

RETURNS INFORMATION

EXCHANGE ONLY policy.

we work on an size exchange only basis.

If for any reason your item size is unsuitable we will offer a size exchange. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.

We do not offer exchanges on personalised embroidered garments.

All exchanges need to be returned to us within 14days. The 14days will start as soon as your order has arrived.

All items must have the tag / label attached, in perfect unworn, condition.

All exchanges must be put in writing and confirmed by Baicoz in email confirmation. Our Exchange email is: contact@baicoz.com

NOTE: Return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk. All items must be returned via "tracked mail" to ensure that Returns arrive safely. No Exchanges will be given for an items that go missing in the post.
