Due to our items being made-to-order, we dispatch orders within 5-7 working days.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £5.99

All UK standard delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail signed for service. It takes 2-3 working days from date of made.

EUROPE - £25.00

All European orders are sent with DHL EXPRESS tracked and signed service. Deliveries can take up to 2-3 days from date of made. (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm. 

WORLDWIDE - £35.00

All Worldwide orders are sent with DHL EXPRESS tracked and signed service. Deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days from date of made (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm.

DUTIES & TAXES: ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

Please note we are a UK based company and we ship all orders from the UK.

If you are an international customer, your local government may impose import/vat duty charges for bringing in items from other countries. Any additional costs incurred are your responsibility and you may be asked to pay these to be able to receive your order. We recommend looking on your local government website to see if there is a guide on how much the charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Baicoz - If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Baicoz.
